Precisely. This is my dilemma. I want to keep the stories
constantly estimated (for a tracking point of view). I do not want
to have to re-gig them depending on who does what story when. I
simply want the "team" to produce the best quality code they can at
a sustainable pace. I am less interested in "who" goes how fast.
Only what the team can do (while helping one another).
This assumes of course that you have good people, who are motivated,
and want to work. I you suspect you have people who will not seek
out new work when they are done, who will coast, who will goof off
if given extra time, they you have a bigger problem then estimating
accurately and accountability.
