_an_ estimate to plug into iteration
planning. You've got two depending
on who does the story.
Also, if the reason isn't obvious
(that is, shorter estimate from
a senior developer, longer one from
a junior developer) you could dig
a bit about what the person with
the longer estimate is seeing that
the other one isn't (or vice versa.)
