Converting user stories into encoded features, with business value, leads to specifying more user stories. User stories are supposed to reflect business needs. When source code participates in tuning your code to your business, the programmers become part of that business's leadership. Outsourcing the programming either outsources the leadership (or it just causes the usual mutual friction - bugs, rework, lack of Agility, etc.) ===== Phlip http://industrialxp.org/community/bin/view/Main/TestFirstUserInterfaces __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
