So let's see if we can bring this back
toward something that is arguably on
topic.
Let's assume that for some indefinite
but fairly long amount of time there
won't be enough jobs in the US with
large corps that have sane management
policies for either the demand for
programming services, or for the programmers
that could supply that demand.
So assuming you want to stay in the
industry, what do you do about it?
1. You could go completely independent.
2. You could get together with a number
of others and form a contracting firm.
So to put this on topic:
How do you apply XP to either of those
alternatives?
