Measuring the contribution of a manager is the same problem as measuring
the contribution of a developer.
As long as we are not able to solve the measuring problem, it doesn't
make any difference whether there are managers or not.
If we can solve the measuring problem, it doesn't make any difference
whether there are managers or not.
