On my current contract, we use JBuilder enterprise, at $5000 CDN per seat. The client is only now starting to listen to us that Eclipse gives us more for free. In terms of support, we haven't placed a single support call to Borland in the past year, which isn't to say that Jbuilder doesn't have warts. There is still a pervasive attitude that you get what you pay for in software, which isn't really the case anymore.
