Abandoned the Lake District on Friday, and drove up to Scotland. Did
Loch Lomond on Saturday - not recommended on a beautiful, sunny weekend -
too crowded.
Last night in Greenock. Found a Premier Travel Inn there ON the Firth of
Clyde. Great view from our room. The adjoining Brewers Fayre pub is also
on the water with a view, and not half bad. May stay tonight as well - a
rest-up seems needed.
The Falkirk Wheel probably on Monday.
But it's dangerous up here in Scotland. A chap could get kilt if he's not
careful ...
