How do I arrange that then Sue ?

I thought cc meant a boat didn't have a mooring not that the owner
didn't have an(other) abode. There must be a difference between
"liveaboard" and "cc". When I am cc I still pay my council tax. When I
had a non residential mooring in a marina I still paid my council tax,
unlike the boat next door. I must be missing a trick !
