Who and how would they decide its a mouldering hulk??  It could be as 
someone said, the outside might be waiting for paint, but the inside is like 
a floating palace.

The fisherman must buy a rod licence and then either pay for membership of a 
club that has its own water, or be prepared to pay for a day licence.

I do know that a lake near our boat has been leased to a fishing club for 
£5,000.00 for five years.

I'm still confused about people saying about boats not having a licence when 
they are paying per month? can someone please explain.
