Hi, on my original topic, how does BW obtain the information a regarding who
are at what moorings for they charges ? is it left up to the mooring/marina
owner to declare the amount/size of boats they have moored ? or is it a lump
sum based upon the length of mooring space that they have, or is it based upon
what you put on the licence application form ??

would be interested to know the answer, also how much the mooring/marina owner
pays

Brian

The trouble is BW have no intention of going to court. If they think you are
not obeying their rules they will refuse to issue a licence.
  End of story.
