I fully agree the only problem I have is that the change of requirement
for VHF was not publicised until it was too late to get on courses
before it came into force. The first I heard of it was a couple of weeks
ago in a footnote in the IWA Waterways and no one in IWA HQ appeared to
have a clue as to what was going on. So far I have not been able to find
any courses within 50 miles of where I live.
