My understanding from a conversation a couple of weeks ago was that the
various user groups had been asked by BW to delay action until a proper
strategy had been worked out. BW see the support of the voluntary sector
as being very important at the moment and clearly lots of little
campaigns would have less impact that one big co-ordinated action.
I just looked at the IWA homepage, which has this subject as the main
story so I'm guessing the campaign starts now.
