I think a daily or weekly boat pass on Westminster would be more effective than
one hopefully large protest. The logistics would be easier and press coverage
may be greater, especially if this can be repeated for several weeks/ months.
I am not sure of sizes but would 2 lockings be about a dozen boats?
The other thing I would like to see is BW obviously trying to save money in
admin. Appointing 3 more board members hardly fits this.
