More accurately, full time for commercial craft, seasonal for those who
just pay our licences.

Ian Jarvis announced last night at the GSCRSUF that he intends
introducing car parking charges at all BW car parks (his area covers the
G&S and K&A amongst others). He hopes to raise £30k / y from it, as BW's
50% share with a car park operative (presumably a pay and dismay
scheme). Intention was not to discourage those wanting to use a car park
for less than four hours - so the implication is that it's us who will
pay - again. No more information - it came as a shock at the end of what
was otherwise a fairly productive meeting.

I doubt if it will be long before the other BW regions follow.

Wassail!
