I don't understand this, Martin. You're shocked about the car parking
charges? What about the new winter cruising regime for the G&S? I heard Ian
talk at the IWA Gloucester last week and to me it all seemed done and
dusted. Surely this has many more implications than car park charges? Or was
it just the suddenness of this that caught you off balance.
