Well, I can't do a program, but using Canal Planner to choose the quickest route, and BW's stoppages page, unless I've missed something you should be able to make it down here. It's about 60 hours (with my full speed timings in it!), via the Coventry. There might be short delays though thanks to works on railway bridges etc.. Get yer bike out, Mike ps.
