Yes - I'm afarid i've rather come to the conclusion that i can't bring 
Virgo down.  Even if there's a soluition to the stoppages on the way 
down (i can't spare the time in the christmas window) I can't manage 
with the boat away from WFB until march if I can't get straight back up 
the GU.

I think the idea of hiring a suitable trip boat to take those of us who 
can't go on our own boats is a good one.  I'd certainly be up for that.
