We could start a "book" on this and see who is closest to the truth!
Then we'll need some rules - tidal allowed or not, then it gets messy with 
the Broads... :-)
The we have the Lee vs the Lea where the two run side by side...

A quick glance at the Inland Planner Map, suggests (to me) around 15-20%
