Three people on this list disagree with the sentiments of the petition: several agree with it. Of the population of this country, whether we consider just England or the whole of the UK, ONLY one million and a few thousand have signed, out of MANY millions who have not. Bearing in mind that many people have no car, many have no computer, and lots and lots will be under age or too old to care, ONE million is still a tiny proportion of the interested parties who would be affected by a road usage charge.
