Whatever the reasons for Eugene's departure I will be sorry to see him go. He has always been a real and genuine person at the forefront of an otherwise faceless beaurocracy (sp wrong I know - but it is late!). I have always felt he displayed a genuine concern and interest in the well-being our waterways. If you are reading this Eugene, I hope you will still be around to contribute to this forum - and very best wishes in your future career. Cheers Phil
