Yep, they have been our nb insurer for some time now. Due to last year's incident, when another boat ran into Albion while we were tied up and engine-off in a Thames lock, I can report that their settlement of the resulting damage claim was efficient and trouble free. As I was a totally innocent party in the accident they also, at my instigation, got my £200 excess back from the other party. They did insure both parties, so whether it would have been a different story had another insurance company been involved I really couldn't say. They also paid the repairer very promptly with no quibble over the estimate. Roger
