Very friendly service over the 'phone. My only real criticism is that when I tried to renew my policy by email last year (I was overseas at the relevant time) they were wholly incompetent at dealing with it. Eventually there was a feeble excuse about IT problems, but it took weeks to sort out, with me being somewhat uncertain whether I was insured for a quite long period. Otherwise they seem fine.
