We have been insured with them for three and a half years. Not very
helpful I'm afraid as we haven't made any claims and that is the real
test.
I've found them efficient to deal with and they set out the boundaries
very clearly when we asked about cover on tidal waters. The conditions
were not onerous. I think the only restriction that has affected us was
the requirement to have a companion boat for the run from Limehouse to
Teddington.
