After my dad died a couple of years ago I got in touch with the BBC regarding the "On The Cut" series he did for Radio 4 in the late 70's which was released on cassette but then disappeared from view. We have a couple of copies of the cassettes plus many of the unedited tapes of source material which Dad kept when he retired as the Beeb would have binned them and he realised their significance. They said that if we wanted to put it into the public domain they weren't going to kick up a fuss as it was over 25 years old. (I'm hoping this will happen in the next year or so but it's not been a high priority to be honest.) I presume the same applies here, non-commercial use will be OK if it's not been re-released in the past 25 years. Steve NB Bream
