Sorry again for replying to my own messageand top posting to boot! I tried RCR again and got through. Apparently they had a problem with their phone lines today and both numbers were down and it took BT a couple of hours to fix them. Unfortunately, our breakdown happened in this period.
An engineer will come out tomorrow.
