It is interesting to look at the legal position on a monopoly and
compare it with the BW position.
(1) a monopoly is deemed to exist when one company controls at least 25%
of the market;
(2) An investigation by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission can be
conducted where two companies together control at least 25% of the market;

Can I suggest that BW is therefore a monopoly so does anyone know how to
get the commission to investigate the mooring situation?
