Can I suggest that any lawyers present or anybody that knows of any
lawyers who are boaters or anybody who has access to lawyers who may
have experience in this field makes themselves known.

I have had some commercial exposure to results of "cartel" actions and
I know the EU takes a very dim view of such behaviour.

It may be just a matter of finding the correct piece of blue touch
paper and applying a match to it.
