Hmm . . . I'd like to think so, but it's not a similar issue. I'm not a fan of vigilante activity. Might your hypothetical old lady live on a boat and not be able to afford her licence? Could the hypothetical robber be a debt collection agent for BW ? I don't know. I do know that I don't want to get involved in reporting potential evaders whether or not I might think such action could save me a few quid by reducing the BW budget shortfall. Beeky
