It's not just a PR dream. Lots of evidence has been gathered over the last few months and the volume of evidence is getting bigger and bigger and bigger especially in some areas where extra resources have been allocated in terms of staffing. Initial results are going to be announced soon. Times are a changing, slowly and surely with due regard to people's human rights and the due process of the law which as a public body BW is duty bound to comply with.
