I'm inclined to agree with this. There will be some losers such as those mentioned previously but on the assumption that a big extra chunk of money needs to be raised from boaters an across-the-board increase (where did the oft-quoted £150 figure come from) seems fairer than dividing us into factions along either marina/CC/EOG or narrow/broad lines. > But, as I've said before, I don't know how you make sure the second part > happens. BW own a good proportion of marinas so that's presumably those taken care of.
