Rats!  You beet me to it, Adrian.
And also not to mention that those marinas that are 100% on private water 
and don't pay BW, seem to have a rather large percentage of boats aground on 
their tea bags with no BSS...  (I sure Adrian knows what marina I'm thinking 
of...).
