Which should cost you 4p a litre more on the price if it is displayed as was 
current (until 1st Nov) with 5% vat. Has anyone seen if how prices are being 
displayed yet?

No. Just declare 90:10 travelling/domestic or whatever feels fair to 
you when you buy it. As long as you are not taking the mickey, HMRC are 
very unlikely to care.
