Is there any data on the impact of conventional or nuclear power  
stations on downwind temperatures? Certainly the sea off Wylfa was/is  
warmer than ambient.

Myself, I'm actually a pessimist about climate change - the political  
will is not there to do enough about it quickly enough to have much  
impact, even if the currently accepted theories are correct (and I  
don't want to get into all that again!).

But that's OK, because the nuclear winter following an exchange  
between Israel and Iran or Pakistan and India will make the issue  
irrelevant :-{{
