Hear Hear If I was to apply for planning permission to build a Tesco distribution depot on the top of a hill in the Pennines there would be screams of horror. But build a road up the hill, shove in some big industrial machines (i.e. turbines) and then run some pylons back down the hill and the Government bungs you £300,000 per turbine per year, which is then added to our electricity bills.
