I would completely agree with you if I thought that BW did anything  
with our reports. Towards the end of October I reported a boat at  
Great Haywood using the BW website page. It was not an old boat, as I  
remember a 511*** licence number. It was on the 48 hour mooring with  
no licence or mooring permit showing. The BW website said it was an  
unlicensed boat so I gave full details.

Ten days later passing back through Great Haywood it was still there  
and remained there for the five days that we were moored at Tixall  
Wide. There was no sign of any BW notice attached to it either for  
lack of licence or for overstaying. The obvious inference is that BW  
are not using our reports just giving us a chance to feel as though  
we are doing something.

Has anyone had more success?
