In my experience, there are few Units less efficient than West Mids :-0
They've left Gallows Bridge, the footbridge here in Alrewas, closed
over the entire holiday period because they'd done a bit of stone
painting of the deck just before Christmas Eve. It would have been
far too well organised to send someone down a couple of days later to
take the signs down, so of course everyone's just hauled them out of
the way for themselves.
