Ditto most early generations of Polo. Amateur Dad's fix 1) rip out door trims breaking clips in all directions 2) cutaway old plastic membrane 3) jerry rig new membrane with silicone gun and heavy gauge poly sheet cut to approx shape 4) persuade door trim panel to go back in place with numerous self tappers 5) enjoy dry carpet / dry windows Beeky
