Simon Salem implied at the end of the Licence Review that the continuous cruiser issue is still on the table, although there will be no further consultation. I wondered how much BW would have raised if they had actually applied the £150 surcharge. 3000*150=£450,000 But if you take continuous moorers (paying for their Roving Mooring Permit) out of the 3000, how many are you left with?
