AIUI It's just the one side pond at Lock  4 for demonstration purposes.

I don't think that this is going to involve vast expenditure. The sidepond 
already 
exists and all that is required is a paddle (and associated gear) and the 
reinstatement of the sluice tunnel which has had the lock end bricked up.
