Sounds like a standard A section V-belt ref A52 (i.e 52 inches). The
1350 and 1320 references refer to the pitch length and inside length (in
mm).  A replacement belt should be obtainable from your local
engineering supplier (look for v belts in the yellow pages) or online
e.g. http://www.bearingboys.co.uk/A52_V_Belt-130-p
