A good reply what is not stated is what advance booking is required? and why
are why are bw licence holders not allowed to use a bw facility ie the showers
ets .My last trip through Limehouse was not pre planned but I misses the tide
at St Catherines due to picking up rubbish on the prop higher up the river. If
they are going to restrict hours then floating pontoons should be avaiable on
the river. There is a strong safty issue here let alone any other
consideration. All tidal locks used to be available 24/7. CKP

I am against item 1, because booking is against the ethos of leisure.
Item 2 is wrong unless someone finds a way to control the tides.
I would be categorically against item 4, because I'm against charging
for using specific BW features, which should be covered by the licence.
