I'm not sure I understand this Adrian. Are you saying that Limehouse Marina mooring customers don't have to have a BW licence to moor in that marina and, hence, are to be charged for staffed hours passage? Isn't Limehouse Marina on BW waters, or is it EA (Thames)? Roger
