It's a fairly obvious risk area; sorry to hear you had trouble. OTOH,  
my first attack of angina was triggered by kids ringing the doorbell  
and running away, so I'm afraid it's not confined to the cut, but is  
a part of life, and always has been.

We often tie in that area for shopping purposes, but go on into the  
countryside for overnight mooring.

Justice, I'm sure would stay there overnight, so YMMV ;-))
