I would not be fair... :-) I heard too many stories about Tiscali - often from people on smaller ISPs which were bought up by Tiscali. Bat they aren't the only one, I've known horror stories about Sky, Talk Talk, BT,.... http://www.dslzoneuk.net/isp_ratings.php is a good place to see the general opinions of the public. It tends to be a bit biased - as most people will bother to give a bad rating, and not so many for the good ones. Fast is *always* in the lead - but it will cost! Mine's at No.10 (not that there is much between No.2 and 10 - and most of them are resellers for EntaNet (like mine).
