Reminds me of the case of the owner of a very large string of dealerships in a very well known make of car who wanted to live out in the country. Once living in the country he found that his very large, posh car was getting regularly splattered with a pungent by product of bovine agriculture. Remedy - take out an injunction against farmer to prevent him use of the lanes by his cows. Result- a near apoplectic judge who well and truly told the car dealer that if he chose to live in the country he must expect to meet country by products. All power to the farmer and ditto the legitimate boater! True story. John
