This is not a personal statement aimed at our dear chum Allan, or any other individual. It's a pretty "nifty" situation when you can elect to be a continuous cruiser and not have to pay mooring fees, you can elect to be a near continuous non mover to pay a smaller proportion of the diesel tax and a you can be floating voter when it comes to not being liable for council tax. I'm not suggesting anybody is flouting the rules. What a brilliant country, with all that freedom of choice. Beeky
