Hello Emir, It is better to put the two language version in separate tables. For example:
care_icd10_latin care_icd10_bo or something similar. This way, you do not need to change any drg pages. To transfer your icd codes into the table, you need to create a script that reads your raw icd data and insert it into the right table. You do not need to populate all the fields, just insert the existing raw data into the corresponding fields. Many of the fields are designed for the german particularities so just leave them blank if your raw data does not have the actual data. To see an example, just look into the care_icd10_en table and data. I am still working on a special document regarding formatting the raw data into the care icd table.
