I need some tips on how to change documents templates, charset, and images. Every time PDF prints out it prints out in a iso8859-1 charset, but the charset should be iso8859-2.
For that and for other things that matter, I am afraid that you will need the help of Elpidio.
Most of the time that will be the problem of Care2x: every time you need help on any non trivial matter you will be needing the guiding hand of Elpidio. He, and nobody else, knows Care2x enough to quickly assist you.
Of course there is a starting trend towards "I will help you if you pay me" from other members. Most of the time they are not worth what they are trying to sell you.
That, as we have seen before in other projects, is the beginning of the end of an open source project.
At the "paid for" side of this business, Joachim Mollin and his german consulting business, seem to be the honorable exception, but then again it seems that for him it is easy to reach Elpidio.
