Hi,

I solved some of my problems I'll document them better later.
For printing PDF's with your logo and codepage special chars.

1.LOGO
Logo is stored under the directory
/your_web_server_root/htdocs/gui/img/logos/lopo/care_logo.png
it must be in png format or else you'll have to change some of the source.

2.Special characters
If you want to print your PDF documents you'll have to make some code changes.
care2x uses pdfmaker
first you get same afm fonts, you can copy existing fonts from
/usr/share/fonts if you use debian, ore else defined in your system.
I copied arial font wich is named a01003l.afm notice the last character before
 .afm i l, lover case L.
1. Copy desired font from a your_system_fonts_directory or from somewhere to
   /your_web_server_root/htdocs/classes/phppdf/fonts/ directory.
2. Edit the file
/your_web_server_root/htdocs/modules/pdfmaker/std_plates/pageheader1.php

insert aftetr $pdf->addPngFromFile($logo,20,780,$imgsize[0]);

# Array added by mali 14022005
$diff=array(
232=>'ccaron',
200=>'Ccaron',
190=>'zcaron',
174=>'Zcaron',
185=>'scaron',
169=>'Scaron',
240=>'dcroat',
208=>'Dcroat',
230=>'cacute',
198=>'Cacute',
);
#End of added array

# Attach logo
# changed by mali from $pdf->selectFont($fontpath.'a010013l.afm');
$pdf->selectFont($fontpath.'a010013l.afm',array('encoding'=>'WinAnsiEncoding','differences'=>$diff));

3. Change fontsizes in all files in subdirs
/your_web_server_root/htdocs/modules/pdfmaker/

I think thats all..
