Hi, I just wanted to segment a partial (occipital) hemisphere which used to be a lot easier than segmenting an full hemisphere and is enough for my purposes.
Unfortunately the tutorial doesn't mention how to do this with caret and I didn't find any options to tell the surefit in caret to assume partial hem. and pad the anterior. The Volume->Segmentation->Pad Volume didn't have a visible effect. Is this option still hidden somewhere?
